With glimpses of a recovery in the HVAC market and business confidence increasing, Waterloo is taking a long term view on future growth and increased demand for quality-build energy efficient products by expanding its marketing operations.
As one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of Chilled Beams, Air Louvres, Grilles and Diffusers, Waterloo Air Products plc has appointed Rachel Roots as the company’s new Business Development Manager.
Rachel’s appointment is part of the company’s overall strategy to maximise resources and fulfill customer demands for energy efficient solutions.
With a 15-year track record in the freight forwarding industry, Rachel brings a wealth of experience and specialises in helping businesses to grow their markets and explore new opportunities.

Waterloo is a market leader for Air Terminal Devices, energy products and energy efficient Active and Passive Chilled Beams and provides an integrated approach by working closely with architects, contractors and end-users.
The recent report published by the Chilled Beam & Ceiling Association (CBCA) has raised the profile of the chilled beam industry and for the first time shows significant annual energy savings over fan coils – 17% for passive beams and 22% for active chilled beams.
