Integration and Collaborative Working Finalists 2015

As passionate believers in more co-operative approaches to the construction industry, Waterloo Air Products plc, are dedicated sponsors of Constructing Excellence’s Award for Integration and Collaborative Working for a fourth year running.

We are pleased to announce this year’s finalists for the award.

What did it involve?
All entrants were asked to show evidence of early involvement, selection by value, common processes and tools across organisations, long-term relationships, modern commercial arrangements and fair payment practices.

As a result they should demonstrate clear vision, early involvement in their project; and deliver sustainable outcomes underpinned through a commitment to health and safety.

Successful entrants succeeded in integrating their teams to such a level that they appeared as a single entity to the customer.
